Boaz Leads operates lead-generation funnels that connect people who need a service with vetted businesses that provide it. This policy explains what we collect when you use our funnels, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
We collect the information you give us and a limited amount of technical information from your device:
- Form answers: your responses to the funnel questions, such as the service you need, your timeline, your approximate budget, and your ZIP code.
- Contact information: your name, email address, and phone number — collected only on the final step, after you have seen what we will do with them.
- Device data: your device language and locale, timezone, coarse platform family (e.g. iOS, Android, Windows), and viewport size; our servers also receive your IP address, from which an approximate location (city/region level) can be inferred.
- Usage and analytics events: which funnel you viewed, which steps you completed, time spent, and error codes. These events carry machine identifiers only — never your typed answers, name, email, or phone number.
- Source information: the page you came from, the link you clicked, and campaign parameters (UTM tags).
2. Why we use it
We use your information to match your request with service providers and buyers in our network, to send your request to the businesses you are matched with, to operate, secure, and improve our funnels, to prevent fraud and abuse (including bot detection), and to keep an auditable record of the consent you gave — including the exact consent text and the language you accepted it in.
4. How long we keep it
We keep lead records, including the consent audit trail, for as long as needed to provide the matching service and to meet legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations — typically no longer than 24 months after your last interaction, unless a longer period is required by law. Incomplete draft submissions that never include contact information are deleted or anonymized on a shorter cycle.
5. Your rights (California and other US states)
Depending on your state (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended), you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you and request a copy.
- Request that we delete your personal information.
- Request that we correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Sharing your request with matched providers at your direction is part of the service you requested; you can still ask us to stop any further sharing.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
6. Your rights (EEA/UK-style)
Our funnels are directed at the United States. If data-protection laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR nonetheless apply to you, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Where those laws apply, our legal bases are your consent (for sharing your request and being contacted) and our legitimate interests (operating and securing the service).
8. Children
Our funnels are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security
We protect your information with technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and guards that keep contact details out of analytics and client-side storage. No system is perfectly secure, so please share only what the form asks for.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy; the version id and effective date at the top change whenever we do, and material changes will be highlighted on this page. Questions or rights requests: privacy@boazleads.com.
